VÁQUEZ ALDANA, HERNÁNDEZ GÓMEZ & ASOCIADOS (en lo sucesivo “VAHG”), (hereinafter “VAHG”), located at Juan Ruiz de Alarcón No. 320, Arcos Sur zip code. 44100 in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, signs this privacy notice in compliance with the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”). The personal data that you (hereinafter "the Owner") have provided directly or through electronic means to VAHG (hereinafter "the Responsible"), have been collected and will be processed by VAHG under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

VAHG may collect sensitive personal data depending on the service or product contracted by the Holder. Likewise, said personal data may be transferred to third parties, whether individuals or entities, national or foreign, with the sole purpose of fulfilling the purposes indicated in this privacy notice.

VAHG informs you that the personal data provided by the Holder will be used to (i) carry out the process and verification of conflict of independence; (ii) integrate your file as a customer; (iii) provide services that could become or have been contracted; (iv) as well as carrying out the acquisition of the rights or products related to them.

The personal data provided to VAHG, will be duly protected through technological, physical and administrative security measures, preventing the improper use or disclosure thereof.

The Owner may at any time revoke the consent he has granted to VAGH for the processing of his personal data, limit the use or disclosure thereof, as well as exercise his rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (hereinafter “the ARCO rights”) provided for in the Law, by sending a request email to the following address admoncorp@vahg.mx
